Membership Levels

Several levels of membership are available to meet various budgets.  To help with budgeting, you can now make your membership contribution in automatic installments when you pay online. You can make a secure and convenient online payment from your checking account or credit card by using PayPal!

Basic Membership

$36 per year, payable in a lump sum or in 2 monthly installments of $18 each.

Discounted student membership available for those aged 18-21, $18/year or 3 monthly installments of $6 each, must mail proof of membership to the HEA Treasurer, P.O. Box 475, Wauconda, IL 60084

Benefits:

  • Voting rights in annual business meeting and other special elections

  • Eligibility to be an officer in HEA

  • $25 discount on conference registration

Gold Membership

$60 per year, payable in a lump sum or in 12 monthly installments of $5 each.

Benefits:

  • Video of medical lecture from 2004 HEA Conference (one video per household)

  • All benefits of Basic Membership

Platinum Membership

$120 per year, payable in a lump sum or in 12 monthly installments of $10 each.


Benefits:

  • Additional conference video (one gift per household)

  • All benefits of Gold Membership

Benefactor Membership

$350-$999 per year, payable in a lump sum or in recurring monthly installments of an amount you specify.

Benefits:

  • Special recognition during next HEA Conference and Banquet

  • Special acknowledgment on HEA website

  • All benefits of Platinum Membership

President's Circle Membership

$1000 or more per year, payable in a lump sum or in recurring monthly installments of an amount you specify.

Benefits:

  • Special acknowledgment on HEA website and at the next HEA Conference and Banquet

  • Free registration to attend next HEA Conference. (For free attendance, full membership pledge must be paid by conference early registration deadline.)

  • All benefits of Benefactor Membership

Professional Membership

$75 per year.


Benefits:

  • Voting rights in annual business meeting and other special elections

  • Eligibility to be an officer in HEA

  • $25 discount on conference registration
