Message Board Instructions

Passwords are case sensitive.
Usernames are not.
I forgot my username and my password. What should I do?
We can retrieve your username. Send an email explaining the problem and include the email address you used when you first signed up for the message board. We'll do a search of message board users and email you with the username you used when you signed up.

I forgot my password, but I remember my username. What should I do?
To protect your privacy and confidentiality, the Message Board administrators and moderators don't have access to passwords. To get a new password, follow these instructions.
1. Click on "Message Board" in the Quick Menu, or go here to get to the Login page. It looks like this:
2. Log in using any of these usernames, skip the password box, and click on the Login button. You'll go to a page looking like this:
3. Enter your username again and click on "I forgot my password." You'll go to a screen like this:
4. Enter your username again and enter your email address. You'll get an email with further instructions.
