Fee Details

Friday-Sunday 3-Day Conference (includes 6 meals plus a meet-and-greet on Friday evening plus beverages):

Individual: $150 ($125 for HEA members) (includes Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast and lunch plus beverages plus meet-and-greet plus continental breakfast, buffet lunch and snack on Friday but does not include dinner on Saturday)
Family: $180 ($155 for members)

Saturday-Sunday 2-Day Conference (includes 4 meals plus beverages):

Individual: $100 ($75 for members) (includes Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast and lunch plus beverages but does not include dinner on Saturday)
Family: $130 ($105 for members)

Friday Single Day Training:

Individual: $50 (includes continental breakfast, buffet lunch and afternoon snack)

You have three choices for registration:

  • Use this form if you're filling out the form online and paying through PayPal.
  • Use this form if you're filling out the form online and mailing in a check.
  • If you want to register completely by mail, here's the form in Word format and PDF format. Include your check, made payable to HEA, with the form and mail both to HEA Treasurer, P.O. Box 475, Wauconda, IL 60084 USA.
