2011 HEA Conference: Hotel

 

Thanks to all you conference attndees who have notified us that the hotel has been having trouble honoring their agreement with HEA to give us 40 rooms at the $59 (plus tax) rate.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago-Schaumburg has now (as of 10/6) agreed to honor their promise for 40 rooms for the HEA Conference at $59+tax, but only if the booking is made by Friday, October 14, 2011. Make your reservation by calling Adam Grunz during business hours in the Sales Department (847-605-9222).

If you can't call during business hours, email Jim Lake with your name, dates, and number of people and he will make the reservation for you.

If you have problems, email Jim Lake or Nancy Mayginnes, the Conference Organizers.
